Please Slow Down Signs – Request Form

Thank you for your interest in the 19th Ward’s “Please Slow Down – Kids Play Here” yard signs.  Signs are available to Chicago 19th Ward residents ONLY. Signs will be distributed on a first come first served basis.  Limit two signs per block.  

Yard sign requests were accepted through June 1st and delivery is expected in mid-June.
